The Bass Parlour app is a platform for independent musicians around the world to connect, share music skills, and earn revenue through online workshops. It’s designed for musicians looking to learn, teach, and expand their network in the music industry.

Get started by downloading the app, then sign up and create your user profile. From there, you can connect with other musicians, join live music workshops, and start hosting your own workshops.

Yes! The Bass Parlour app is free to download and use. However, premium members have the option to earn revenue from the music workshops that they host.  Premium members can also attend an unlimited number of live workshops per month, while free members can only attend a limited number of workshops per month.

You only need your smartphone!  Hosting a workshop does not require any external equipment, expensive lighting, or a well-crafted background.  You only need you smartphone and a solid internet connection.

Absolutely! You can send direct messages, follow profiles, and join music discussion groups within the app to stay connected with your music network.

After completing your live workshop, which we call Parlours, you can select a price to charge users to access this workshop. You can also decide not to charge a fee and allow users to access this workshop for free. All fees are processed through our secure payment gateway.  Keep in mind that only ‘Premium’ app users can charge for their workshops.

Bass Parlour only takes a 10% commission on paid workshops.

Press the “Community” tab to see a full listing of both upcoming workshops, and workshops currently in progress.  RSVP to upcoming workshop to receive reminders as that workshop approaches. 

Also, on the “Discover” tab there is a listing of some of our highest rated past workshops and the most anticipated upcoming workshops.

Yes, attendees can leave reviews and rate your workshops, helping you gain credibility and attract new attendees for your future workshops.
